Torch River Agricultural Corp. is a Saskatchewan Agricultural
company with its head office in Vancouver and operations based at Garrick
corner on HWY 55.
Our sole purpose is to acquire lands between Nipawin and Snowden. There’s no hidden agenda. We want to purchase farmland and grow crops on it.
Farming has changed since our families homesteaded in the 30’s. Farmers have been fraught with financial woes, crop failings, and other struggles with which we have all had to live.

Bob Munro, Vice President Torch River Ag. Corp
This century has brought new issues. Families are not following their parents into farming leaving farmers in their 50’s and 60’s with empty nests with no one to take over the family traditions and business when they retire.

We are in the farming business. Not the real estate business
We will pay top dollar for your acreage. As an incentive to sell it to us and assure your farm is there for future generations we will let you retain ownership of up to 5 acres with your homes and outbuildings intact.
We don’t want your homes, buildings, machinery or tools. We just want to farm!
